Our Newspaper Clippings Index is a great tool for researchers, historians, and others looking for historical information about FLCC. Each title in the index corresponds to a news clipping available at the library.
Follow these steps to make the most of this resource:
- Identify your topic: Define the topic or event you are researching. This will help refine your search and make the process more efficient.
- Select the year: Choose the index year that covers the time or event relevant to your topic.
- Search by keyword: Use relevant keywords related to your topic to search the index. We organized our index by topic. Use CTRL+F to search the page.
- Note the references: Once you find clippings of interest, send the titles to our librarians to access the materials.
- Access the clippings: Our librarians will help you locate the actual newspaper clippings. This may involve visiting the library or accessing digital materials.
- Analyze the content: Review the clippings for relevant information, and take detailed notes.
